Palmer HandyMedics works on 2 different pricing models. Per Hour and Per Job.

General single services are easier to bid and offer at a flat hourly rate. Larger full day or multi-day projects are easier and cheaper for you, to generate a full bid. 

Hourly Rate Pricing is as follows:

General Maintenance - $60.00/hr

Electrical Installs/Maintenance/Troubleshooting - $80.00/hr

Cleaning (Standard) - $60.00/hr

Deep Cleaning / Move In or Move Out - Pricing Dependant on property

Deep Cleaning (Biohazard Involvement) - $80.00/hr
